I agree with the above statement because all the skills of our bright talents go in vain. The head is always a saith and they run the organization according to their own old concepts.

well, i think that corporate culture of pakistan is not dat bad........
except for some industries it offers wider options for professionals!!especially youth should not create such perception and image before entering into the scene...n after all it is the rule of life that "Might is right" feudals r given authority n power n they mis use it....its in our hands to change the world, believe it n test it.

In Pakistan, the dilemma of saithism existed since the beginning. Though multinationals have contributed for the well being of the corporate culture but still the circumstances are more or less the same. Debauched Saiths and self appointed leaders have manipulated everything to suit their purpose. It’s the same everywhere be it the radio, television, offices etc. There are boot lickers everywhere who make life unbearable for people with too much self respect and the people who really want to bring change in the corporate culture. There is a need to change the attitude of those leaders towards thinking There is a need to broaden their horizons and to make them look things with a broader perspective. All I can contribute is to pray for the betterment of the business world of Pakistan. Thank you!

and emerging with a new mindset. But it takes time to change a culture. In large corporations it takes 6 years even 10 years to change a corporate culture according to Enron , the Americans giant energy corporation now a wreck. you never know whats in front of you. who knows. Only Allah knows :) Allah Hafiz fe subhan Allah
