Glogalization and Our Saithism Culture
In the era of globalization, that has overtaken the whole world today, and on the other hand regimes and cities within a country have little option to sustain in side the market. The culture which is flowing inside our corporate culture of saithis supports to narrow its way to enter in globalization. Government should do some thing in plucking out the saithism from the corporate culture. This act of govt. will help in penetrating the global trade and in the long run it will help in the economic growth.

One of the reason of existance of saihism in Pakistan is that the first generation of the industry onwer is still making decisions, we hope to see change by the stage of 3rd and 4th generation.

saithism is a dilemma in our soiety.It has become a big hurdle in the progress of the country in the right direction.The saithism has got such a strong hold in our business world as it has developed a multi dimensional face lives quackery napotism,regional and linguistic routes in our society.Saithism has been dragging its shrapnel in the bakc of our economy. This is the right time and this Saithism must be stopped now with iron hands.
