Multinationals played a vital role in changing the saithism/un profishanilism in the corporate culture. Infact the big organizations allow the young people to do experiences and it help the organizations in the long run.
Multinational companies follows the EEO and HR systems which discourage the saithism/unprofessionalism in the organizations, and this should be encourage to eliminate the saith culture in Pakistan so that the right people would be on their right place.
as our country is agricultural country so saithaism in our land is much in practices. most of our work happens throough this culture which is taking our couontry to the down side. and it is a hindrance in the way of country progress
Pakistan is a developing country and posses a lot of resources to become a developed country. But the saiths, politicians and the media, have joined hands together to destroy the image of Pakistan. we should save our country.

ya of course multinationals have tried to root out these ill practices from the corporate world! Multinationals are doing well in this regard.
